Hello, I’m April Caswell, and I’m here to help you reduce the stress on your body by eating delicious, nutritious, natural whole foods through The RESTART® Program. I’m a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and a licensed RESTART® Instructor. We’ll walk through this guided, small, and tight-knit community together as we focus on the basics of nutrition and digestion and how our bodies work in an ideal way. Week 1: PREPARATION

Learn how to prepare for the next 5 weeks restarting your path to wellness with real whole foods. Prepare yourself mentally and physically for the best experience you can have! You’ll learn how to do some relaxation as well as what to eat and not eat.

Week 2: DIGESTION

Do you even know how well you are digesting your delicious foods? How can one fine tune digestion? This week is all about how to ensure you’re ABSORBING these wonderful nutrient-dense foods.

Week 3: BLOOD SUGAR REGULATION

If you ever feel like a slave to cravings, do not miss this crucial information! Learn to begin kicking sugar to the curb by eating nutrient-rich foods to fuel your body and mind.

Week 4: FATS

Debunk the idea that fat makes you fat. We’ll explain which fats are necessary for optimizing your health and which ones you should avoid and the reasons for each.

Week 5: CELEBRATION
